f2p Enchanting - Outland, Northrend, Pandarea

Legend
Anyone have tips on how to power level Pandarea enchanting other than questing or dungeon grinding for greens? I wasn't aware of the disenchanting tailored greens method before I started enchanting, so I'm pretty much locked in to eng and enchanting at this point.

My last grind is Pandarea enchanting to 50 for Major Intellect for +5 int to my offhand. I was able to power level Outland and Northrend enchanting in a couple hours thanks to vendor item disenchanting. I can't seem to find any for similar workarounds for Pandarea. I tried farming rare spawns for Big Bag of Wonders but it turns out Wowhead doesn't report the level 25 req to open the effing bag.

Thanks!

For info on how to do the Outland and Northrend leveling -

I was able to level Northrend up easily by buying a ton of Relentless Gladiator's Satin Gloves from Magister Arlan in old Dalaran for ~5g75s, disenchanting them, and using Abyssal Shatter on the shards which can be learned at 15. Found this info thanks to the post here

Outland was easy as well, Dealer Jadyan in Netherstrom has a quickly rotating inventory of greens that you can buy and disenchant. Make sure to set the type from your class to "all" if you only see a couple items, there's 6 or so. If I remember right, the inventory refreshed when I zoned in/out, or every 10 minutes or so if I just stood there and checked.

Drop enchanting, pick tailoring, craft tons of greens, drop tailoring, pick enchanting, disenchant greens, craft Major Intellect?

@accel, he's probably too far down panda enchanting to drop and re-level it to where he is at now.

@sneets, unfortunately your best option is to grind it out via dungeons/quests, since you can't chromie-time for simple queues as a pure f2p. another option is to farm up https://www.wowhead.com/item=89112/mote-of-harmony to turn into https://www.wowhead.com/item=76061/spirit-of-harmony which you can trade for panda enchant mats in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.

here's a guide depicting where to farm the motes goats:

Might be worth mentioning: you can grow these on a farm in Halfhill. In fact, maybe you can grow enchanting mats directly, but motes for sure. (I don't know how far you can get with the farm as an f2p though, let's hope you can get far enough.)

I should have specified I guess I'm not "pure f2p" but I made this guy on a vet account that hasn't had time for years and I'm not going to buy time on, so at lease I have Chromie time.

As far as dropping one profession for another - I have the +11 spellpower enchant that was a TBC world drop (I'm not sure how rare it actually was as I got it first try) that I don't want to grind out again if I don't have to.

Thanks for the info guys, I'll look into the farm between dungeon runs to check it out. Wasn't aware that was an option.

Hahaha my bad. I don't know the proper term for like, vet account that hasn't and won't get time. Just meant transferring items wouldn't be possible.

Please accept my sincerest of apologies
haha! it's all good. we're just having a a bit of fun.

You can get Tillers to exalted although it takes (or took me) at least 2 Darkmoon Cannon fires to get to the quests up on the cliffs.

I checked out the farm but figured I'd try the goat moat gote mote gote moat goat mote method. Darkmoon cannon/goblin glider from this hill right at the tip of the cliffs, aggro'd the guy on the hill above, let him kill me, death rezzed twice up and was at the goats.

I got about as many greens over a half hour as I did motes so it still takes a bit, but much faster than just killing random stuff hoping for greens. They all have like 400hp a piece so it's easy to kill a bunch quickly. Was able to finish off the grind from 31-50 today. Thanks for the help everyone.

There is a cave in kun lai summit filled with snow sprites thats also a really good place to farm motes/greens, its also easier to get to since you can just walk to it. its over by the lw trainer... the town near it its called like ogala or something dumb.

Not 100% on this but...

I believe the rares in pandaria keep dropping rare (blue) gear even if you've gotten one from them.

IIRC you can break down the shards into essences, and essences into dust, at a cost/conversion.

it drops on like 4th kill for everyone. but because non enchanters wont see it drop so that drives down wowhead numbers.

I read the Article, went there aswell, but my drop results were really poor. I mostly had grey "teeth" drops. I guess Im missing something. What is the "goat moat gote mote gote moat goat mote method" ?

"goat moat gote mote gote moat goat mote method" ?

It's the same thing as the goats up in the area where I screenshotted that I cannon'd from. The results weren't great but I think I farmed out my final 10 or so points of enchanting in around 3 hours by killing those goats, between green drops and motes.

by far the best advice ITT. before trying this i was killing the goats and also skinning them to craft into disenchants but none of that even compares to the sprites, especially because there's some great spots where you can gather like 10 at once for a nice easy experience. many greens, lots of windwool cloth and of course, lots of motes. would recommend
