If you make a lvl 9 and lock the xp you will be in the endgame phase of DF and can participate in a few of those events, its the same way you get the elemental storm stuff.
You could technically dig and get the currency solo but high level mobs can spawn, so I recommend going with a max level friend or only being there while randoms do it.

Ouch, after prepatch was over i got phased to all that stuff and thought thats it. So, i can get to dig phase again? But why 9?

Cuz the DF “quest phase” starts at level 10.
So between level 10-69 you are in the quest phase, 1-9 and 70-80 are in the notmal phase

I gave it a try and people were mad. MAD. Cursing in mordor languages, can't read that. As i figure, thats because of npc call: %Pikachu% i choose you!
And at this moment you cant do a minor quest cos you're too low and you will block the whole event progress.
The solution is quite simple: do not dig. stay around and allow people to fill the barns, tomes will give you much more than that cents from digging.
Also no highlevel req
Last not least, after reading todays banwave threads, we really really wanna stay low for a while.

Until today I'd been considering making an 11 Fury toon. But after reading about these bans, I'm glad I main my 20 DH with its poor damage scaling. I guess that's the problem with power, it attracts attention. I don't know what's going on internally at Blizz, but I agree that going incognito sounds prudent for the time being.

could no longer remember if there is a way to reach this area in the first phase. and in the second phase I've been at this area, but did not realize the mount.

99% sure you need to be in the real maw, not the quest phase. Which means you must be summoned.
If you open the map and you can see Korthia, it should be correct version.

Potential new mounts in Patch 11.1.7
Patch 11.1.7 is bringing something called Lorewalking, it's like Chromie time but different. In it most zones scale down (on PTR at least) which means we can get some new cool mounts.
This is also only based on PTR testing, so things might change, maybe none of these will be available, this is pure speculation.

I have a question about the https://www.wowhead.com/npc=170548/sundancer mount. Before I will try to get it, to which level will this mount scale after bringing it to the ground? Is it possible to solo on level 10 or 20 with not that nice gear as a mage? or better have a high level to help getting it to 10%?

iirc it does not scale at all, however the mount does not drop from the body, it just appears in your bag after a few sec (if u got it)
So bring a high level friend to bring it to the ground and kill it. Just make sure to click the objective near where Sundancer later spawns and to tag her, I heard you might not be able to get the drop without it
