F2P CHAT Issue please read!

with all the recent issues with our chat channel something has gone wrong...

i was at guru this morning on my pally and saw Acethetwink there, but yet he wasnt showing up on the friends list nor was his title light blue showing him as friend.
i asked him why he was not in chat and he said he was currently typing in chat.
So, there were 10+ folks in chat with me and there was nobody typing in F2P chat which seems to me that we have 2 differnt channels running and/or friends list.
thinking about it, as Ace is a regular on AP i havent seen several of the regulars on... we must be divided. THOUGHTS or Suggestions?
 
There were 2 channels for ally as of last night.

When F2PTwink had a pw issue we went to FTPtwink? the other day the new channel had a pw issue too. so idk

I disagree completely.... i was online with my pally and there weren't to many regulars on... I couldn't get anyone in chat to respond and did some BGs solo/PUG
my 3rd BG much to my surprise, LOFI was there.... his name was GREEN to me and NOT on my /f list.... wouldn't every hunter like to have Pocket Heals?
I tried chatting in BG with LOFI and got zero response... LOFI = Great guy... has helped me several times with P2P things and is a great Hunter regardless of what the community thinks of hunters.
So, we could've had a premade going but our "CHAT CHANNEL" is Divided!!!
On my laptop. while BGing, I logged onto my Hunter sitting at Guru and Lofi and Java are both on his Chat/ /f list but I could NOT figure out how to "CHAT" in channel and for some reason i couldn't /w or PM anyone.
my bother having a community if we aren't ALL ONE BIG HAPPY FAMILY????

Just join the right channel and it wont be divided.
