Extremely high ilvl weapons

So while messing around with shadowlands stuff on my level 10, I found out that there is no way to skip via threads of fate. So I started the story grind in search of rares. And what I found was amazing. Turns out all quest items and dungeon items scale to your level etc. But killing rares drops item level 83 gear that is not scaled down so a 1h weapon gets 36 intel and trinket gets 12 intel. THIS IS HUGE. Havent found any weapons for most casters/hunters but 1h mace, dagger, warglave and fist weapon from the bastion rares.

the trinkets stack so right now i have 2 of them. havent found anything else yet but im willing to bet the 2h epic str wep can be obtained too i just havent made it that far yet.

Very nice find although replacing weapon seems bad as you lose Lifestealing enchant and that is big of a deal, I manage to snap few other items from SL rares https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/eu/draenor/bzytagodx

Does anyone know why some of my chars are looting ilvl79 blues from SL timewalking rares, and others looting ilvl83? Rotbriar Sprout trinket is an example.

Are you getting 79 and 83 from the same mob? In SL story leveling, the zones are(were?) level restricted so one zone would drop higher ilvl than another... could be that still, maybe? A remnant? I dont know how it works now, TBH, didnt look into it.

Exact same items by the way, endmire stinger is another I tested.

I know back in SL, if you chose threads of fate over story mode you encountered different ilevels but I dont know if something like that is happening here, I trying to think if I did any intro quests on either chars.

All of them it would seem, unless you already had WoD Warforged equipped, mine is still iLevel 59 even after fixes. All the iLevel 83 gear I had equipped yesterday is now vendor trash though.

As ive been huge into twinking and exploiting low lvls in retail right now WOD proc wargorded is item level 59 is the best gear i can find this new xpac thats not exploting
