This is EU.

Inspired by iaccidentallytwink's raiding guild in the US (link) friends and I have started this project in Europe servers. We have a lot of people joining cross-realm, which you can do by following the link up there.

The purpose of this guild, is to have a hometown for all the raider 50s in Europe. It is where people can transfer to for chatting, events and fun.
We try to make a great community for people, who is not in the guild aswell, by adding each other. But we seriously recommend people to transfer,
because it is a great place to gather!

NOTE: We do NOT fund people yet, since most of us come from Horde side or other servers!

Guild is now level 7.

What we would prefer to recruit (but you can be whatever you want):
Warrior
Warrior Tank
Hunter DPS

This counts for crossrealm characters aswell!

NOTE: This is just classes we would like to recruit RIGHT NOW, you can be whatever you want and the most needed classes may change later!

We recommend you going Gnome - or we actually WANT you to go Gnome, if the gnome can do your class!
Gnomes get more Engineering as a racial "art" which makes you able to get good items! (More info in bottom links)
Warrior Tanks MUST be Gnome for Best Trinkets Ever!! Sonic Booster is available as Gnome, and they give 81 Stamina!

lvlinga druid on my main server and wanna join but gonna lvl to 50 and get proffsfirst cus its only there i can afford it. think im gonna go resto as mian spec. I think i will transfer him over when he is done not sure tho

That is alright, I just need you Real ID then later.

We prefer all players is on our server, but you can level up on ur main.
If transferring, look around for BoE's on AH before going :)
 
Oh yeah forgot to mention, i will probs level up on my main server as i have the money there + BoEs so it will be easier.

But you will join us later by xfer, right?
That sounds great nonetheless.
If you can, get all the BoE's at low prize from AH with you! :)

You can do whatever you want. Mage, warlock and spriest is not so vable. Same with probably all casters. so ranged would be hunter.We can use everything tho, make whatever you feel like. Wrutten with mobile, ill answer more tonight or tomorrow. cheers
 
Great to see we have a sister guild over in europe. Shadow priests are really viable actually. There are some classes you need one of for 40man raids like shadow priests(haste buff) and warlocks(stamina buff and banish cc) Just make sure every caster you bring in has 50% hit or they won't hit anything. You can't even get to the cap, which at times seems to be around 90% hit. But once again great to see this and Good luck. Keep in touch with us, I'm sure we can learn from each other.

I have a level 50 prot/fury warrior (dwarf, not willing to race change) that's geared for raiding already.

I also have a level 49 shaman (including Headmaster's Will) which I can get to 50 in the blink of an eye.

I'll add you.

As tanks isn't it more useful to stack expertise than hit?

If you will not go DPS on your Dwarf, then we can't really use it :/ tanks non-gnome warrior, not worth it.
Shaman could we use really much! :) Do whatever you feel like.

And you are on Draenor, right?

720hp less without the gnome only trinkets. But Stale if you go dps warr you will be fine for raids, and/or you can do pvp of course :)

And remember that dwarfs got 1% more expertise than gnomes and they got an occasional 10% damage reduction that maybe are even more useful against high hiting bosses than some hp. because then the healers has to heal less for that time. And to hit the target is one of the biggest and most important challenges so extra racial expertise is super, especially for tanks.

I don't see the problem theorically.
