I am getting error 105 since patch 5.4 went live, and i can't log in anymore. I tried every hint available (no virus, no problem with av software/firewall, deleting battle.net and agent folder, resetting interface, deletion of addons, reinstalling,...) nothing worked, and i didn't chance anything in between. Any suggestions?

Bliz has been having all kinds of issues with the datacenters, from cross realm zones shutting down, to whole realms glitching out. I'm guessing it all has something to do with them experimenting with the upcoming "connected realms" feature.

Try all the typical fixes, i.e. delete the WTF, Cache, Data>Cache, Interface and interface folders. And depending on your operation system there may be some more folders to delete. I'm sure the first post in any tech thread you read will tell you the same. Use the launcher to download the files you deleted, and maybe run a repair.

TL;DR: Just start deleting files until bliz fixes the problem. jk

Hmmm , i dont have the error . Check it out at battle.net or ask a GM!!

probably goes without asking, but then did you reboot your modem?

narrow the problem down. its either the modem, your computer hardware, your wow software, or some other software you're running on your computer

Do you have access to a second PC? if so install a fresh copy onto that computer and give it a go. if it still doesn't work, then its your modem.

This happened to me as well. Error 105 ugh so annoying. Here is what I did to get back into World of Warcraft.

Try renaming your battle.net and that other folder above or below that ( I have a bad memory )!! Name it anything you want, I added 123 at the end. Good luck!!

I had a similar issue after a crossrealm event and I was locked out of every server "red hue"
what I ended up doing was deleting both of my enUS folders that were inside the data folder.
I left the patch MPQ alone and just deleted the 2 enUS folders that had the same type of files one was Data-enUS and the other was Data-Cashe-enUS leave the Core MPQ files that are in the main Data folder and on start up WoW will recreate new files and allow you to connect again.

Good luck.

I have no router. I guess blizz changed something on the server side after the patch.

Wow you need a router. You realize you are an open pipe to everything in the world? They do ping swipes to see who responds, without NAT your PC is an open book :(

What kind of connection do you have? Speed? Are you on Windows or MAC? What OS?
