When 8.0 release blizzard failed and took no lvl requirement on wotlk engineering so every char lvl10+ got the chance to learn it and everybody could enchant his belt with the bomb that deals 300-500 dmg and can eq ilvl 100 goggles and ilvl 90 trinkets after 1 day blizzard nerved the goggles and trinkets to require lvl 58 but belt enchant is for this ppl still avalable.

Its a clear abuse of their failures. Even if something like speedpots is more gamebreaking than frag bombs but that isnt reportable.

Twinking = Maximizing gear and stats for a non max level character for the purpose of competitive play among twinks and or steamrolling levelers for amusement (If you're a dick and suck).
Twinking =/= Exploiting to have an unfair advantage.

Disagree with that final part. There is not a single twink that started twinking to 'play competitively' vs. other twinks. The competitive spirit has ofc grown over time but the fundamentals of twinking is having a huge power advantage over others. Nuking levelers is part of what makes twinking fun.
If you take twinking too seriously, then I guess you're right. For everyone that plays it as a side hobby within WoW, the fun part is getting everything possible, even when that involves bug/glitch abusing.

Just because I think relying on exploits is moronic, I guess that makes me new to twinking.
If you need to crutch exploits to own levelers, by all means.
