Enchant your Artifact weapon.

When you first get your artifact weapon it is item level 152.
Enchant it right away with "weapon - mark of"-enchants.
Now you can put relics in it to increase the item level.

Done it myself and the enchant is working.

Can comfirm working. Made a new DH today and was able to enchant at 152 and just put a relic in.

Legion and BfA enchants can be applied to artifact at any time. WoD enchants can only be applied at ilvl 152 - so before any relics are put in it. The best chant will depend on class/spec and if you are 110/111.

i put siphoning on both. when youre in demonform youll have 60% leech or so. that one can be put on any level weapon. if mastery stacking mark of bleeding hollow
