Icy Chill

Does this only work when white hit with the enchanted weapon, or as mage also with the spells?

I think it only procs of white & yellow dmg melee abilities . . dont think it procs from spells.

Enchant Melee weapon, before 70+.... I would assume you need to psychically hit your target. :X

It only works from physical strikes or any spells considered to be melee. It also has a very low proc rate (I actually use it on my rogue, so I would know).

if u can enchant a wand or something like that nowadays it could work from a distance with ur wand but i dont think it works with spells

Kwei @ Draenor - Community - World of Warcraft had icy chill on his wand and I asked if it had any affect on his spells, and he said no. So guess not :/

And now he has it with his dagger.. I don't see how it's more usefull than +22 int.

He spent a whole wsg hitting people with it, told me he had 2 procs the whole game. So i wouldnt choose Icy over any other optimal enchants such as spellpower or 22 int.

22 int is pretty useless, almost every stat except haste, resi and stam is for cc-mage

If you are going to use 22int or 30sp instead of icy chill / pyrium, I'd get SP tbh. Not like you'll have much over 10% crit as ccmage anyways

Pretty sure it's available to any enchantable melee weapon.

It's available on 1h yes. But, on the other hand, why would one use a dagger as CC mage? GSoJ resilience is much more valuable than any stamina gained from any OH + MH. Also, you actually get 40sp from staff which is pretty good, compared to the 0 you get from any 1h (as mage).
