GSOJ in terms of effective health is slightly better...so close that honestly it doesn't even fucking matter.

2000/0,5167 = 3870
2040/0,5309 = 3842


2500/0,5167 = 4838
2540/0,5309 = 4784

GSoJ is better at 1500, 2k and 2,5k hp. Also, when you add the 39SP and 6 hit (not that great if you use pyrium though), GSoJ is better than resildagger + pouch by far.

You're right, 39sp aint a big deal but twinking is about getting the best equipment, so yes it does matter !!!111!!!!

The best mages obviously swaps to a dagger with high attack speed and has /startattack macroed into all their spells so when a rogue ambushes and their nova is on CD, they can get a few procs and survive.
TL;DR Icy doesn't proc from spells.
