EDIT - it all item lvl 35 enchant are now player lvl 25,

well all you low lvl twinks that used Enchant Chest - Major Resilience - Spell - World of Warcraft say good-bye to it. as of now on the 4.1 PTR it is

nooooooooo my lvl 1's so sad.

i assume the same for the +dodge to fomal dangui? sad day, but we all knew it was comming....

no dodge anymore all the chest are now i-lvl 1 so 4 stat, 100hp etc is all we got now.

i wonder if blizz will bring in a new chest for low lvl's to get.

Thx for the positive info but it doesnt make me feel better about losing that amount of dodge on chest (and cloak)

Losing the Dodge is a bummer, but, in the long run it fixes a bigger problem and might entice people to start playing 10's more. 15-19 is still horrible, but, at least there is more class parity in the 10-14 bracket.
