Kincaide
Legend
May I make a suggestion? Since the purpose of this premade is educational (it's right in the title!) then why not get the groups together and then spend some time talking to the team about the specific strategy that's going to be used, and what's expected of each class and where you want them to be etc.
For this to be truly educational and to bring more people up to a higher skill level, the experienced people are really going to have to take the time to explain how things are done, and why. I would recommend doing a mission briefing before we start, and then take a little time on both teams after each round to talk about what worked and what didn't. If everyone's going into this with the mindset that this is supposed to be training, and everyone's going to have something to contribute and/or something to learn, then I expect that no one is going to get impatient about us taking the time to actually educate people. If anyone has a problem with that educational goal for the premade, then I would say they didn't read the title closely enough.
Bop what do you think about that?
