So you're asking if 62 armor makes a difference? Sure, probably a couple percent of physical damage.
 
If you want to be absolute best in slot, then yes - the armor makes a difference.
 
The one thing to be said in Stained's favor is that the mail legs are ugly as shit and can't be mog'd.
 
if u r new to 19 huntr i wouldjust use what u have first..

once u decide that u like it and are gonna play it a lot then u should buy the best legs
 
I agree with Antero. If you can get them go for it but it is definitely not a show stopper.

a hunters steady shot, auto shot, scatter shot and pet damage is still physical.
