cirran's screenshot theory would imply that Dominate hasn't beat anyone in a premade and for all we know, have only ever been 3 capped by MTU

No guilds are disputing us beating them. Already stated dominate only played 2 guilds on the ptr. Neither were no mercy.

Every since vanilla when they added enchants that had lvl caps and would bind when applied. lots of ways to do it over the years.
