Yes, people develop at different ages. and your thoughts arent coded for in genes, otherwise you and ted bundy would have the exact same thoughts and processes - thats what youre trying to get at. and developments are different based on the environment you were raised in and personal experiences. you dont just wake up one day and youve passed some rite into manhood, as you suggested earlier, since thats socially constructed. rather theres just the biological shift aka puberty which i already said

There are people with exceptions though, like me, cause i have a desease, a brain disorder. It didnt develop like most other human beeings but it gave me a higher IQ then most of them though wich i <3.
