I dont think they pay anyone to specifically monitor xpoff; to assume there is no potential overlap in monitoring the general population and twinks is extremely short sighted.
The answer is always somewhere in the middle. Blizzard doesnt watch us like big brother. Blizzard probably does have employees that browse these forums from time to time.

I'd love to actually see an employee sign up and confirm he works for Blizzard lol.
But to answer the OP, I've met a former blizz customer service person years ago in a college game design course and he was talking with someone, in which I overheard him saying he browses twink forums sometimes and sees people regularly try to find holes in the game. But in a way, we're just game testing. So no harm no foul.
