Do Doom Lord Kazzak and Doomwalker still spawn?

I keep seeing gear in the AH that drops from Doom Lord Kazzak and Doomwalker, and always non-scaled i.e. always at level 27. Are these left over from people cleaning out their vaults (seems to be an excessive amount of gear for just that reason alone), or do these world bosses still appear, and non-timewalked 60s keep sniping them?

My real question is if they do appear, if someone is timewalked and lands a piece of BoE loot, will it scale accordingly? Because daggone, that could make for some nice loot (and awful farming).

Just yesterday in chromie time I heard Kazzak spamming his stuff in hellfire, probably the first time in years.

I was wondering about the gear too, but I dont know how party synch works and if they could get a group into chromie mode to down it. I seriously doubt a bunch of random levelers down him, unless they made him really easy now.

Bet a bunch of 10-20 twinks could do it easy tho...

edit- but if he's in chromie time then he's also in normal and you're probably seeing loot from 50-60 just walking over him.

I can say 100% he spawns constantly outside of Chromie Time. I see his yell in Local all the time when farming gear for my 10's in HFP.

Yes, but people usually camp them heavily. I suspect the respawn should be 4 hours, but I haven't tested it.

Try looking for them in Warmode On at Chromie Time in a less populated server.

At least when it comes to doomwalker, didn't get scaled loot when I killed him on my 39 in chromie time :/

Lucked out one night around a year ago, if I recall; & bagged Kazzak while flying a lowbie up to the Mech. Was able to loot on both toons ( the 20 & the 50 ) but the gear that dropped for my 20 was for lvl 27. Other than trying to amass some swwg xMog, this is not worth your time.
