Sorry, was definitely my mistake.
I just copied the iteminfo from Blizzards Page.
Values are for level 70.
As a F2P-Diablo player you get a scaled version of the necklace.
So maximum +goldfind bonus is only +8%.
I'd love to have more gold as a item reroll can be up to 30k per roll and I'm continuously out of gold to roll my near-to-perfect legendaries from 34 to 35 int.
I also hate to have one of the four character-slots occupied by a barb (which is otherwise useless for farming), just to be able to roll strength on items for my followers.
