EU+US DH 101 vs 102?

I am thinking about leveling one of my DH 101 twinks to 102, for the extra talent plus vengeance weapon, is it still or has it ever been viable, please let me know

You will have ppl swearing by both sides of the coin on this one. I personally am staying 101 on mine because you do lose a fair bit of Stat % while the NPC's Health increases by more than what your DPS does thus causing you to kill slower.

101 = higher stats, stronger, faster kills
102 = more diversity, 2 artifacts, can change specs. more fun if you like playing multiple specs. less fun if you like more power

I have never tested a 101 dh but I have a 102 dh with 17 art in vengeance and 16 in havoc so if you want to see how vengeance / havoc performs at 102 (and play on eu) we could do some nelth runs. My btag is in the armory list
