I use fear alot when playing lock, more so in WoD than now, since BM was a thing.
I'd say as a lock, you should not go for fear on healers (unless they are overextending)
What you should do is deny the enemy teams melees to connect 2 at the same time on 1 target.
Aka cycle fears on the Surv / War
And the added bonus is, you just know how much those warr's like to get stuck in a fear ½ way thru their charge, always puts a smile on my face !

No one is "dominating" anything here. Perhaps, a few new people in a guild of over six hundred got beat one evening by a few experienced people one evening. I would hardly call that "dominating". The Horde wins many games every week and the Alliance wins many games every week. Some even end in draws. One thing is for certain. One side is not "dominating" the other.
Quite frankly, I find it funny because only just a few short months ago people were complaining that in the 10-19 bracket games would be "boring" because people would not do enough damage. Now, people are complaining because people are doing too much damage. You people are never ever satisfied.

A guild of over 600 (or any legion retards for that matter) couldn't put together a team to beat bunch of 19s from wod and thats a cold hard fact. They never will even begin to get close because they have no drive to do anything other than stack fotm classes and spam consumables on CD vs levelers who offer no challenge to anyone with two braincells to rub together.
the bracket is fucking soft these days. all you legion twinks are a bunch of no ball pussy losers.

Couldn't the same be said for WoD Twinks or MoP Twinks or Cata Twinks or WotLK Twinks?
Who are we to judge new people? We should help them along so can be good teammate for future games. Without them we may not have future games.

roasting newcomers is tradition in all walks of life, why would twinks be any different
i know a lot of old players roast newer ones to get them to either step up and challenge the older ones, or to make newer players determined to improve themselves.
i remember back in tbc i was 11-12 or something and the older twinks would roast me which made me determined to prove myself, within 2 months i was getting called the best warrior of my battlegroup (it felt like a bigger deal back then but looking back its nothing), then in wotlk i'd roast the newer players.
nothing changes.

wrong. cata twinks played many premades as did mop and wod twinks. The difference is in legion theres 24/7 pugs and that has attracted people who want to play vs leveling noobs and not the best the bracket has to offer. hell some people who started playing 19s in wod started premading and got very good together in a short amount of time and had a decent run in twink cup im telling you now that most of the people actively playing 19s in legion are not interested in competition at all

to be fair now that xp-off + xp-on merged a lot of people who made twinks in legion have no clue about this website whereas 95% of twinks in cata/mop/wod know about this website/knew about TI because of how close-knit it was

Oh... so you are saying I am "wrong" in that Cata, MoP, and WoD twinks were never ever beginners. I guess that I am mistaken then.
Or am I "wrong" in the fact that the new people that starting playing lowbies have not even been given the the opportunity to have played "many" premades. That is the problem with the 19 bracket, people bitch and moan when there is not enough "competition". They then bitch and moan when new people leave because the bracket "dead" and queues are long. Then when people try and make a concerted effort to bring more people in they bitch and moan because the people are "good enough". What people fail to realize is that they themselves were these "Legion Twinks" not too long ago. What they also fail to realize is that all this bitching and moaning over the years is wearing thin and effectively caused the demise of TI/XPoff's 19's community. People leaving and and non welcoming atmosphere tends to do that. There are very very few of us that have a welcoming attitude toward new members/people to the bracket. Those of that do are shunned, talked down to, cyber-bullied etc.
That is why I ask people to "come visit us on xpoff.com" when I enter a BG. Everyone should be doing it. If we truly want to spread the news that this website exists and grow the bracket.
What truly gets many people's goat now, is that not many months ago they were a small fish is small pond that could be recognized by other small fish. Now, they are still that same small fish, but in a much larger ocean. And they simply can't stand to not be recognized by their peers. Their ego is getting the better of them.

your reading comprehension sux. im saying that legion idiots have no drive to be competitive because theyd rather queue a bunch of survival hunters and spam consumables vs levelers than play a premade and thats the real problem. people used to come to 19s for premades with a desire to be competitive, these days its to "pwn noobz" on a survival hunter and thats why none of the active legion twinks are any good and never will be any good
also id rather have no games than these pugs
and youre mental if u think that the 19s community died off because its "toxic" it survived all these years because that "toxic" behavior drove people to be competitive

It was the same in Cata with HPala/prot war for a patch then Hunts. Hunts in MoP. Ferals and BMs in WoD. FotM rerollers will always be there no matter what patch. No reason to get your panties in wad over them. They never last, just be secure in your class choice and learn to master it and let the other be merely good.
I have been playing shaman and warlock since Vanilla and I still play shaman and warlock both as a 19, 20, 29 and shaman at end game. Sure, I dabble in other classes but always come back to playing my favorite no matter the patch or the nerfs/buffs. I am more than capable to make up for the difference if there is a nerf.
