DMF is up, which means you can get a one hour 10% rep buff (Human master race) for grinding any Highmountain supply chests. Knocks 4 runs you need off per chest. Get them legendaries

Also if you have 110 mains that are exalted with factions, you can hold onto the tokens and mail them over to the twink, the rep bonus works on them as well.

You can fish it up or rarely get it from the Boxes you open after doing the Daylies. It doesn't stack with the Carousel buff though.

What @DeLindsay said, you can also buy it for tickets if you want it in bulk, it doesn't stack with "whee" though and disappears after DMF is over.

I have only fished up one of those hats across all of my characters. The drop rate is extremely low.

You can buy them from a vendor for 10 tickets each. So fuck the fishing, fuck the dailies. Go buy the quest items from the AH for tickets and just buy the hats from the vendor xD
