Cross Battlegroups planned for Cataclysm

This basically looks good. But it's not all that is needed to bring twinking back. For example 29 in its current form won't work because of hunters. There is no way i would come back to such a situation. Let's hope the Cata changes will bring back somewhat balanced brackets. The other big question is, will there be enough incentives to twink? With the better levelling speed and rated battlegrounds and easy PVP gear at 85 and still no more noobs to bash (because of the seperated bgs) i have my doubts that many people would want to twink. For 85 however this is definitely great news. Looks like Cata will be battleground paradise.

However.. when they merged my old realm Bloodlust with the french realm and made them into cataclysm they made it so, that only horde from bloodlust could meet allies from the french one, and the otehr way around. So no mixed teams

Rly don't hope that is how they gonna do it ?

I mean I don't hope they mix the bg's so that horde from one bg can't end in the same game as horde from an other bg, only end up vs allies from an other bg or their own bg.

That is how it was when they merged our old realm (normal) with a french one.

In the 70-79 bracket, the 70 twinks will be crushed by the 79 twinks - and the same applies to the 60-69 bracket.



Not as extreme in the 70-79 bracket as it will be in the 60-69 bracket, but nonetheless.



- I feel sorry for the 60 and 70 twinks who has no dedicated account for their twinks.

We're focusing on having this in place for Battlegrounds to begin with. Then, all being well, we'll shift the focus on to getting it implemented for Dungeons, too.
