Personally, I love stacking crit on hpallies, as the holy shock + flash of light crits are absolutely killer. However, for me I try to find a good balance between intel, crit and haste. Because haste is huge for hpallies, as that flash of light can be life or death. Also, crit won't mean as much if you have little intel to back it up.
