There's only like 63 or 64? factions in total in game, and only like 51 or so available to get at 70.

id say its rare considering only 2 per server (1 per faction) before honor system was launched. so that was just the launch servers and perhaps a few expansion servers, cant remember how many were out at the time



it is pretty awesome to see. but its another one of those things the vast majority of people wont notice just looking at you. theyd have to inspect you n pay attention to your tabard

yes there are a couple known 70 scarab lords



also that warrior with the tabard enchants like a retard so he probably died from falling in the tub not quitting wow due to the class being bad at 70
