Just wanted to confirm with yall that the 2 daggers from Timewarp vendor do indeed proc might not be BiS but it is pretty savage

Sadly it does not slow down the target - But confirmed that it does crit for about 80+ and can proc off of elemental force, serpent sting and explosive bomb

Not to mention dual wield surv isnt near as viable anymore. If the frost dagger slowed itd be really good (possibly bis) for rogues that's for sure.
