I used to play with such a keyboard when I was going for Glad and I bound it all to Icelance :)

In WoW terms, the 'guy in the OP' is playing a vanilla lock while the guy on maschine is playing a druid.

However, if one wants to test apm and accuracy, give beatmania a try. Beatmania essentially started the boom of the music game genre:

I posted the other one because I wanted to make a funny joke, and I was hoping it might draw some of the QTs to TI via Google.

I thought the former was interesting because it's more like playing a MIDI instrument like keyboard or drums (and WoW in a tangential way), whereas the latter example is more akin to DJing, kind of.
