I didn't state that. I stated they "charge" if you choose to go that route. And they offer ways you can pay for things in the game. AKA micro transactions. You can also purchase gold on private servers as well. It is quite expensive I might add.

My mistake, I thought you were referencing pay 2 play because of what the person you were replying to said
 
the option to donate on a private server isnt the same as a private server which charges you money so you can use their server, the first is fine second is illegal thats why blizzard cant shut down private servers, no pserver owner is retarded enough to charge money for realm access

As far as I know the "enhancements" are just visual in nature that you pay for. Nothing that will give you an "advantage". You can purchase accounts too in a round about sort of way... At least on the server I lazily play on. It is slow ass level. Brings me way back. I don't even have single gold yet. Every time I get close I have to pay for training. I bet I died 6 times on one quest. Definitely slow going.

But we digress off the subject matter here.

It is a given.
TI has no control over what people do outside their domain. They only can exert control their domain, that is it. Just as Blizzard has no right to discipline someone for something they do on TI, TI has no right to discipline someone for something they do on anything other than TI.
For example, if Little Johnny's TI account got permanently banned because he told a moderator to "eat sh!t and die mofo!" Do you think that Blizzard will permanently ban his WoW account? His Hearthstone account? Diablo? Etc... I think not.
On the other hand, if Little Johnny's WoW account got banned for six months for botting, or whatever reason. Should his TI account get banned as well? Of course not.
Because each "company/business" only has jurisdiction over itself. Believe it or not, TI is a business. It has expenses and income. At least it should have income if it wants to operate in the black.

Second Offence: 5 Day Ban
Third Offence: 2 Week Ban
Fourth Offence: Permanent Ban

Child Porn will receive a Permanent ban.

We don’t want see any Japanese love drugs or brand new ways on how to make your dick bigger. Please report these users and a Moderator will ban them as soon as possible.

Spamming Threads:

We only allow you to post the same thread in two sections. For example you may have a video that has 19 and f2p gameplay, and that is fine. However we don’t want to see the same thread posted in over two brackets. If it applies to multiple brackets, post it in the General Twinks Section.

Third Offence: 5 day Ban

Spamming Posts:

Continuous posting of words with no substance, for example posting the word ‘’well’’ in 15 threads, is not allowed mate.

Personal Information:

Doxing aka posting someone’s personal information is not permitted, this includes: Photos, Specific Adressess* and Social Media pages. This may only be ignored if the set person approves of it being posted. This will require them to post in the thread and say ‘’I approve of my photo being in this thread’’ etc. If it is found that you are using the set persons account to post an approval you will be permanently banned.
*Specific Addresses include Suburbs, Streets addresses and Street Numbers. If you say someone lives in Canada, New York or Africa that’s fine ok mate.

First Offence: 2 week ban
Second Offence: Permanent Ban

Scamming (Yde credit):

A scam is defined by TwinkInfo as any occurrence in which one party fails to abide by the original transaction terms that were agreed upon by both parties, or fulfill a refund or an alternate resolution agreed upon by both parties, within 48 hours of the agreed upon time of the original transaction. If Twinkinfo Staff can verify that a scam has happened. TwinkInfo also reserves the right to withdraw at any time from any mediation between parties in a legal dispute, and offers no legal advice nor takes any legal responsibility for transactions carried out between individuals through the site.

First Offence: Permanent Ban (upon verification)

Creating Multiple Accounts:

Every person is limited to only one Twink Info account. Don’t be fucking around and creating multiple accounts mate. If you want to post controversial threads or argue with people, be accountable and post it on your main account.

Promoting Exploits:

We do not allow promotion of hacks or in-game exploits. For example, no fly hacking or how to get to the top of the Warsong Gulch map. No exploited gem sockets or how to shoot frostbolts whenever you attack.

This also includes bot programs like Honorbuddy, Wrobot etc.

Second Offence: 5 Day Ban

Posting Graphic Material:

Unless it’s something on the level of a women getting violently raped or ISIS torturing people we allow you to post graphic content. Mild graphic scenes are fine. For example You may post a Kill Bill massacre scene, or a Game of Thrones battle etc. We don’t allow shit on ‘’The Serbian film’’ level however.

First Offence: Warning

Doesn't mean they haven't done it before, and best for them to clearly state they wont do it again
 
new code of conduct and that myrm kook still hasnt been seen. rip twinkinfo site is dead.
