hey, this is late, but did you know as a mage you can spellsteal the blood elves outside sunwell and get a 5% spellpower buff for like 2 minutes?

I think they did. But i have no idea if it worked or not.(I assume it doesn't since we didn't use it)

Draenor used to have buffs usable at 70 that I used to grab every once and a while. Maybe check those out, not sure what they are anymore but i remember some were very strong at 70
