Im wondering if u guys know if i can Complete the Class Hall Campaign ( Forged for Battle) @lvl 101
i really want this skin for my guardian druid (cant test it yet, only lvl 76)

Only the base model artifact skin and it's different colors are available at level 101. Same goes for 109s.

That Chain also unlocks the 3rd Relic slot. For now it requires 110. Hopefully later on in the XPac Blizz will lower the Level requirement but don't hold your breath, WoD was basically the same way with Garrisons.

order hall campaign advances at 103, 109, 110 and you get 2 new followers at each step

Unless youre like me and ignore the quest for your 2nd artifact, then at 110 you spend days wondering around wondering why the duck you arent getting your 3rd slot unlocked, only to discover its from the same quest giver you ignored weeks ago, henceforth feeling like a scrub and having to do these quest all at once which takes days because of missions. FOOLISH
