We haven't actually 5 man group queued for weeks now. More like 2-4 solo queueing, getting into same pops and ocassionally just talking casually in skype.

Just my 2 cents but you shouldn't focus on big guild A vs big guild B and competitiveness or elitism so much when the bracket population is so crippled since cata, the change of wsg gy and the domination of hybrids. Just try to get as much randoms twinks both sides to increase the pop rate and reduce queues. I have seen 3 brackets die with what you're aiming for. Faction domination, win logging etc will be your plague until no more BG pop.
Try to solo queue as much as possible like Vianco said because you probably have many twinks from old guilds and or servers willing to come back and they would be happy to have spots in wsg as well.

This is the whole aim of what we are trying to do and what we've been going on about for a week now. Currently there is little activity other than a very select few regulars and the EU side of things is struggling to get consistent wsgs up throughout any given week without advertisement and has been for awhile - all the other people that would have been interested are either scared off from the bracket by elitism, flame, 1 sided steamrolls or just simply don't know there is still any activity.
This problem is further amplified by the fact there is no competitive scene as of late other than TL and a few people here and there engaging in realid premades and whatnot. We aim to pad out the Alliance side of things so that we can get random queues to start popping again on a regular basis with games that are more enjoyable for everyone and when other people start coming back to check it out or look around these forums they will be inclined to start their own guilds with their own friends and eventually the bracket will be back on it's feet and start growing again...hopefully.
We do NOT aim to have every member of each faction on 1 server and in 1 guild, it is simply a base to work with from what we have left with the current regulars who are scattered about here and there who wish to play together when all the new/retired people eventually do show up. I hope that clears up any misconception of what people think is going on with all this and what we are trying to achieve.
edit: By "we" I am also referring to TL, the very name/aim of their guild was to try and drum up competition and get people to get their shit together it's just not everyone can appreciate their methods considering the health of the bracket and the fact that we need to be bringing players in not turning them away.

I think that instead of creating a gap that will only build more conflict, leaders should try to come to terms.
I believe that TL seeks for competitiveness, or they wouldn't be humping from US and EU when the tide changes. But I also believe that they believe now that the new Alliance players (mostly from Bios) are not yet prepared to face them in a PuG, let alone in a premade. I've heard from Stubs that yesterday some people from TL didn't even queue in the early games, and that was an option. So I think that they understand the fragile situation of this bracket and are taking their own precautions, because I strongly doubt, after playing against them for several months pretty much everyday, that they wanna kill the bracket. That's not their goal.
About the depolarization of guilds that you're talking, I think that we still lack in numbers to go that way, but that's obviously the ultimate goal of a bracket.

There is actually some truth here. When TL wasn't queued horde got steamrolled. When TL was queuing ally was steamrolled. Queue again tonight and we'll step up our game!
