Chosen Dead Transmog Grandfathered?

So Fel-Forged Armor is now mog'able, but I notice the Fel-weapons are not and still require lvl 98.

I tried to have a look and see if I could find anything different and I'm not sure if this has always been the case as I only just noticed it, but I saw the Noblegarden items such as http://www.wowhead.com/item=74283/pink-spring-circlet were mog'able, but it says 'only during Noblegarden'. Seems new to me but I didn't pay a lot of attention to it before so I could be wrong.

Oh, and the Headless Horseman's items. I'm fairly certain over my 5 years of P2P I picked up the sword and helm but I don't have it available in my transmogs, it shows up as if I haven't obtained them which I thought is strange if others are seeing it as available. I haven't done the Headless Horseman the last few years though so maybe it's only registering the items that were done in more recent times. I hope he does scale down this year to 20!

It typically only registers old quest rewards. Item drops from mobs have to be owned after the wardrobe was implemented. As I regret deleting mine before the wardrobe

nah I was talking about how u had the gf'd mog on reg gear(pally) and not on fel gear. but since u have fel gear with a chosen dead mog then ur gucci. wasnt trying to hate haha

As @Yimo posted in this thread, no it doesn't unfortunately. =(

So unfortunately you have to be 110 to use this for transmog.

Seems you can still xmog it if you set the set as a 'saved' profile

at least I could "un transmog" (didnt actually do it) the item, and selecting the profile put them back to their current slots. But the sets gone from the item menu, yes.

This would suggest to me that either
a. they meant to remove it but messed up with the saved profiles
b. they removed it by accident and you're still supposed to be able to xmog it.

This doesn't work (for me, at least) on a toon that doesn't already have the transmog.

Which tells me it simply doesn't work that way, sadly.
