Can I haz threads?

Few people read the threads that fall off the front page. They do get referenced occasionally, but they don't get viewed that much. We're happy that if we can move the important and active threads then everything will be fine soon. We could have done this the other way round, but Ink took the decision that this way is fine. If it does turn out that you guys are asking for lots of threads to be moved over we will consider strategies to move a lot more over.

I think we've already been saying that. We created all those threads, we deserve to have them in our forum. The equation is absolutely no more complicated than that. I understand that Ink already decided a certain thing... he decided to put the F2P forum in the Alternate Twinking forum originally too, but he came around and changed it when we explained it to him. I don't think this is any different: we've given a number of reasons why the right thing to do is to move all those threads here, and the only response that's been given is "this is the choice that was made". That's not really a counterargument at all.



The right thing to do is to give us our threads back. All of them... without either us our you having to slog through all the work of linking every single one of them here. Truthfully, what's the argument against doing it the easier way?
 
I think this filters out alot of the stupid threads. Its simple enough to just post a link if you need a thread that bad here.

And you are who? How many of those threads did you write, that you should have any vested interest in the decision making?



Again, it isn't a matter of whether or not we "need" a thread that bad. How many things do you have in your garage, attic, etc at home? If someone came along and forced you out of that house and into another one, you'd expect that all your things would come along with you, wouldn't you? And not that you'd have to ask for each individual one to be individually moved, and only when you demonstrated a need for it? Your response does not address the issue at all.

Nah you're still about 800 threads short.
 
Personally I know if I were revamping a website I'd push to clean up as much as possible and get rid as much as possible.



I think bringing back one or two threads at a time by request is a smart play.
