    He wrote the codes in the ticket, so I'm assuming he did and the CS clerks confirmed it. Would be hilarious as fuck if he didn't have them beforehand.

    Keep trying. In the tickets, explain your issue thoroughly the first time. If they don't give you the answer you're looking for, start bitching like crazy and be like i'm going to quit blah blah blah if you can't restore this item. It'll work eventually...

    Make sure if you are looking for another answer, click "need more help" rather than opening up a ticket. Also, excessive bitching and getting mad @ blizzard over te phone will seriously escalate the issue. Blizzards technical support line says they cannot help in game, but if the issue is "serious enough" and you "bring it to their attention" (by seriously yelling and cussing them out), the will contact their gm offices and get a GM to respond to your ticket almost instantly. That's what happened to my Deleveled issue... They literally got me to log into their game so I can wait for a gm (which instantly appeared). Beg to speak to their manager if they refuse. Tell them how long you've been playing this game. I'd say more, but this is enough for your issue. Gl, cy@
