I understand that accidents do happen and sometimes the wrong reward can be selected. That's why I'm truly sorry to tell you, but I won't be able to swap the Uninsured Bracers for the Conspirator's Slippers nor the Merger Boots for the Acquisition Bracers. While I really would have liked to provide you with an exception so that I could get the resolution you were hoping for, by default, this is not a service that Game Masters offer anymore.
As players, the decisions we make in choosing quest rewards and managing our inventories should be a meaningful part of the gameplay experience. This experience is less meaningful if Game Masters intervene too much, but there are a few rare circumstances where we can without encouraging an irresponsible community, so it never hurts to ask. =]
I understand it might be pretty far from the outcome you were expecting. Again, I am truly sorry that this is the answer I have to give you. I do wish you the best of luck as you move forward with gearing your characters in the coming weeks! Thank you so much for your understanding, Õre, I really and truly appreciate it.

Since patch 4.3.4, making suggestions or recommendations, sharing ideas, and giving feedback has never been easier! Just click our old friend, the red question mark to open the Customer Support menu, and check out the button on the left that says "Submit Suggestion"! If what you wanted to say doesn't fit, just join in or start up a discussion on the public forums at Forums - World of Warcraft. We always want to make the game better, so it's not a question of if things will change, but what those changes will be.
Ore -That can't be! i had friends open the same tickets. and the rewards look exactly like eachother so it's possible for someone to make a mistake. i've been playing this game since vanilla and have had few problems but 2 rewards that decide my characters fate with quest that are still in the game shouldn't be a problem. You guys know what quest there from so it's not difficult to just switch the wrong ones for the right ones. So far up until now i have geared this character perfectly i need this!!
Do you guys think my response will work? also need thoughts on what to bitch about if they deny my quest reward switch ticket again
