On PvE can proc for sure, as I'm getting procs on dung farm. On PvP not sure tho, since my tracking add-on is not counting it on PvE neither.. Gotta test later today

well, it does in pve. have not played enough pvp to know if it procs there.

anyway, is there another Int Trinket (non event or other event) that procs haste on DD or heals? Like a Dungeon drop or Questreward?!

EDIT 2: Still interested if there's another +INT Trinket proccing haste.

EDIT 3: Yes it does proc in pvp too. BUT it procs for 36 not 54 like the tooltip says.
