Bracer enchant

I'm still new to the whole level 11 fury twinking game. I have seen people with +2 strength enchanted on their bracers but no matter which enchant i buy it stays at a +1 strength. how are these people getting it to be +2? what am i missing? is this from a profession?

You have to buy one of the higher level strength enchants

Something like https://www.wowhead.com/item=38854/enchant-bracer-superior-strength for example.

Same rule applies to gems, if you socket a gem that sayts its going to give ou a low increase in a stat itll only be +1, you have to get one that is a higher quality for it to be a +3 or +2+2

i have literally gone through the entire auction house and purchased every single bracer enchant that my character is able to use and they all give me +1 strength. blue quality and white quality. what is the name of the EXACT bracer enchant that gives me +2?
