BoA chest vs Fang

What is better in the 19 / 29 bracket ? Armor of the Fang, or The boa chest... This is for my combat rogue

Armor of fang for 20-29 if your going full agil unless you can afford a gloom

for 29s -> Gloom > Armor of the fang > Heirloom
As for 19s Gloom > Heirloom > Fang

ye both hunters and rogue trade 1 agi for 3 crit? not to mention free stam

edit arguable for rogues
