Defias Boots + Belt is best but quite hard to get so you may want to use Defias Belt + Gloves instead
Also, use landslide main hand ele force off hand and dont bother with gloom/SF because a balanced set is what you should be aiming for

Was alredy using agi armor neck ^^
And using the exact same weapon enchants but im going to go with x2 shadowfangs insteed. And possibly use BOA chest insteed of gloom.
As for defias belt.. yeah finding that on AH ;<

Landslide looks so nasty, idk why more people don't use it. But I don't play melee so... Maybe they know better.
If you want to use it (I would) keep it on your MH. EF offhand as it procs off time since last proc and haste, so you won't be affected by the off hand miss.

Thats what im doing in terms of Landslide on main hand and elemental force on offhand.
But arguing with myself as usual what horde race to go for, either go for favorite race or what is consider to be best.
Orcs got the AP buff which can be quite sweet combined with a landslide proc.
Then tauren for max hp + war stomp, but war stomp is easy to dodge.
And last I guess there is belfs for aoe silence.

Yea those are all great. Pretty sure Orc is BiS damage if the racial is up. The Tauren health is huge, its like 300 more at 20. If you are planning on sit on healers I'd go BE. It also has the most agility.

I also had panda in mind but I dislike their racial due to it break on damage. And you can't expect ppl to leave the target alone once its hit by palm.
its like playing mage when you sheep a target that needs to be sheeped half a second later theres a hunter pet on it breaking sheep.
Do you by any chance know how much the undead racial hit for? I heard it got a 100% increase on it.

114 I think... Was like 3% of my total damage on Mage. Haven't tested post buff.

Tauren and Belf both outclass Orcs in terms of racials. Blood Fury is really weak and the stun reduction isn't very useful in this bracket. AoE stunning or silencing is. Blood Fury gives like 19 AP at 29? Haven't really checked. Undead isn't bad either now, but Tauren get like another BoA chest value of stam extra for free.

Landslide and Dancing Steel is a good combo
Haste doesn't affect keg smash or tiger palm, I think crit is your next best stat

Dancing Steel is horrible, either use landslide + ele force or 2x landslide
Haste reduces the your GCD so you can spam tiger palm faster
It increases energy regen and reduces cast time of heal
It increases proc rate of ele force
