EU BIS Vet outlaw rogue

Wetlands for Sparkproof Gloves, will be bis by far if epic or maybe even rare proc.

Do Darkshore for Soothsayer's Vest, maybe Blackwood Boots and Strap of the Ancient Horn while you're there for a full versa set.

8 agi 13 stam 11 vers helm from stonetalon quests aswell

If u don’t get sparkproof go for the WC epic glove proc. Epic Ellos, quickblade rings from satchel, the agil/Stam/vers belt from stonetalon to proc epic or a quickblade boe one. Or if you wana go pure bis you can look and see if u can buy ruffians. And if you farm the carapace chest id compared it to your chest and see which u prefer.

Are rogues built like glass cannons in this bracket because the damage is meh without it? What I've noticed on my rogue is that if you don't kill them within a few seconds after cheap shot ends you're pretty much dead, so I guess glass cannon would really make sense.

Either glass cannon or tanky disabler build. Depends on the game.
 
sparkproof might be bis even if they are green and u have epic serpentis imo. you only gain 2 agi and 1 vers from serpentis. The 6 crit from sparkrpoof is really good. But for glass cannon serpentis is bis or epic sparkproof

Glad I got pretty lucky on my rogue then,

Ignore empty slots, had to take heirlooms off to xfer, but rogues almost done. Just getting 2 epic jeweled daggers for stam stuff, and put on my silvermoon tunic crit/vers (its 6crit/5 vers though...may refarm it for the 6/6 or 4crit/7vers roll)

For the more tanky stam set, I have the kromgar helm/epic feathered cape(7agi/7stam) and I can toss an offhand jeweled dagger and run dual defending/returning heirloom trinks. So it should be pretty nice IMO

this is splitting hairs but crusher-gloves scales better in BG (5 ag vs 6 attack power)

that is if ap and agility are still 1:1, which I believe they are

also, try for ello's band if you haven't. the BG ring of the adaptable is also bis (4/6/5vers) but it's not really farmable and pretty minor

there's a handful of quest bracers with 5/7/6crit worth considering, gives you one of the better values for losing agility that you'll find on anything. in particular worn defias bracers are 5/7/9c which is pretty undeniable imo

also if you're considering using a boe belt or a dungeon satchel one, you can farm girdle of the blindwatcher from baron in SFK pretty easily (5/8/3c/5v) (not gfed despite what wowhead says)

This is a v good geared vet rogue. Follow his gear for a good reroll rogue guide. For glasscanon bis you’d then use epic boulder pads, epic ellos/d1000 (or adapt ring), Ilevel28 feet of lynx, 8 agil 1h epic weapon, krom’gar bracers, and ruffians belt.

Yeah I am in the progress of farming the pale skinner for my main hand, but no luck thus far. Also weapon damage scales extremly well for outlaw rogues. It's worth noting I guess.

Oh yeah also if anyone is gonna target any epic weapon for a outlaw rogue with rerolls, the axe from duskwood would be the best option as it has the 8 agi but axes has the highest weapon damage. https://www.wowhead.com/item=157003/corpseweed-hewer
