Only seal of wrynn would be good if you're planing to fc i would say.

arena grandmaster's, keller's girdle, tunic and chausses of westfall, forest leather bracers and feet of the lynx are all pretty good

• AGM is GFd and can be useful for FCing
• Seal of wrynn is GFd, but not overly impressive
  
• Tunic of westfall is GFd, but there are better epics
• Chausses of westfall is GFd, but BoA is going to be enchantable
• Defias armor is GFd, but useless on warr. Not great on rogue either

Basically nothing super useful, but some cool stuff to show off in town. Theres a few useful non-GFd pieces as well. Looks like they are old enough that they should be able to do most/all the quests on to try for good epics.

Looks like you have a gfd shoulder enchant (Stam/pvp resil). Most stam of any other enchant- making those pretty good FC shoulders.
