Cata and Northrend inscription both allow you to enchant your own shoulders, but both require you to keep the profession to keep the benefits. I'll also throw in here in case you want to play a caster/if casters become meta in the future that while the Agi/Str self-enchants from panda leatherworking don't require you to keep the profession, the caster self-enchants from panda tailoring do.

that's what I use for all my 10s and 20s

Wowhead has those as level 26 required, so i take it wowhead is wrong?

I guess so.. Cos I put them on my lvl14.. I can't remember if I put on my lvl10 before I stop doing 10 and move all up to 14

Just checked it on my 20 druid with legion chromie time and it says req. level 27
