Is this level 74 scaling (in BG's) or 70 scaling?

because 74 would be wotlk, but 70 is still BC.

This is scaled to the 70's for PvE, so not WotLK. I'm sorry :(
If you want I'll level all my character copies up to check the enchants for level 71's .. (I think that's the same scale as 74, then?)

Updated the whole list, some things have been changed!
I feel sorry for the people wanting a second chance with Spinal Healing Injector. It has been severely nerfed :(

What about the epic BC LW leg kits? Nethercleft (40sta/10agi) and Nethercobra (50ap/12crit). I don't have a toon on the ptr, but I would think those values wouldn't change since that's what they've been since the beginning.

Answering your question, unfortunately they are no longer that strong for level 70's.
Nethercleft Leg Armour - 20 Stam, 6 int
Nethercobra Leg Armour - 25 AP, 6 crit

Edit: This did remind me that I had forgotten the LW only legging enchants. They have been added to the list!

So what will the Go-To Professions be in 5.4? Eng will still help a bit but doesn't seem as useful as 5.3

Dependant on your class, I'd say Engi / LW or JC for PvP, and JC or Inscription / LW for PvE

Thanks for checking, and answering my question! The nerf on those is unfortunate. I guess I won't become rich selling the kits. :-(

Does anybody know what the profession bonuses of Mining/Herblism/Skinning are becoming in 5.4?

I am sorry, I can only answer one of these so far. The profession bonus for Mining will be +24 stamina @450 mining. I am sure you can find the other bonus updates around somewhere :)
My theory on what they'll do with this, is this:
Since everything scales to level now, it "might" be possible that Mining 375 might give more stamina than Mining 450.
==> This is just a theory and might possibly be incorrect!

No more 30 k hp :C

Awh :( I know the feeling, though to me it's my avoidance and my health not as much that's being lowered :( Oh well, might be a beter balance now? :)
