We're actually modifying Windsong to not proc Mastery for players below level 80. It will always proc either Crit or Haste.
For flat Mastery enchants... maybe don't put them on characters that don't have Mastery yet.

It might take a while to make, but please do give an answer ^.^

Why isn't Crusader listed here/ Arguably the best weapon enchants for Warriors at the moment, granting both Strength and Parry, with an incredibly high proc rate. 100 Strength also leads to more than 200 AP because of talents doesn't it? And no armor loss.
EDIT: I never noticed the "has a reduced effect on 60+". Does anyone know how big this effect is?

The exact amount is -4% effectiveness per level.
At level 70 (a 40% reduction), Crusader only gives +60 Strength and only heals for 45-75 health. The tooltip still states you're getting 100 Strength, but if you look upon your character sheet, the increase is only by 60. Of course, this is the same for any tooltip in the game. Also, strength always gives parry ^.^
Incredibly unfortunate though about the big weakening, but.. Yeah

Like what stats do you loose from levelling from 70--74? how much percent each level?

Don't worry ^.^ I don't hate you for it. People are people, so why should it be? You and I should get along so awfully.
Well, 71-74 ruined it technically, but it's okay if you don't mind waiting hours for a BG pop. Idk about arena's atm though.
You don't lose, you gain. Which is what ruined it, actually.
Beter enchants and gems by far, and an extra skill or two to go with it.
The reason 70+ is dislike is because they ruined the '70' bracket, as it's even more imbalanced even for 70's now.
I'd say it'd be beter if weak classes (Uhm.. Warlocks, perhaps? Idk..) would level to 72 or so and strong classes (Hunters, rogues, ..) stayed 70, but who am I to tell?

As for stats though, Shurly i loose some haste/crit with scaling from my gear?

Greater Inscription of the Blade (Scyer exalted) [+20 AP & +15 crit]
