Then I have bad news for you, I have around 13-15% hit in assa with my (BiS ofc) setup, the amount of extra white hits I get (which also does more dmg than a few crit%) triggers more ele procs as elemental force triggers on hits, poison and throw so therefore yes hit affects ele procs. I'm done cause I know I'm 100% right

Can't teach those who don't want to learn.

Edit: I have roughly 100 more AP than crit rogs also

You clearly don't know how RPPM works, and aren't willing to learn either.
