BiS 29 Outlaw Weapons [Need Help]

Do u have any explanation to why exactly these are the best weapons? I have ndver heard or seen anyone mention the use of midnight mace.
[doublepost=1541039272,1541034919][/doublepost]Nevermind, kind of put 2 and 2 together and i really see it now. Thanks for the feedback man :)

I think you guys underestimate how much Darkwater Talwar really procs, its not nearly as common as you think it would be along with the fact weapons like vibroblade literally will melt people. I have 2 Darkwater's as it is right now and find that the proc rate is insanely low. I can see how something like midnight mace or the Blackvenom are better choices then the Talwars.
[doublepost=1541039885,1541039811][/doublepost]If anyone has tested actual numbers in a controlled environment, I would love to see the comparison between all the top tier weapons with their pro's + con's.

having 2 swords on average will give you 4-6 procs per min.
There is no cooldown. had 3 procs in row back to back.

after 3 dungeons in a row on "silly huntard surv dual wield shit toon" - it's about 5-6% of dmg and according to quick math from Skada dmg meter - about 2 ppm (most weapon proccs are 2ppm now afaik)

edit: ur right ofc, it can procc back to back if lucky. but there is a per wpn icd of 2 per min it seems, have just 1 test run to back this up by tho - more tests will b done

had single one proc more than 2 times per min.
There is some form of time restriction ofc but it is not based on proc history is what i meant.

Satyr is around 5-7% of total damage so this proc is free enchant on top of elemental force and it has stats.
it is all situational but it adds up in the end.

Note that only select few will endup with vibroblade or blackvenom.
there is https://www.wowhead.com/item=82883/bloodcursed-felblade & https://www.wowhead.com/item=6331/howling-blade but that's a different story.

It's not free, you give up stats for it.

Scaled midnight mace and bvb definitely offer the most agility but I would still rather use a higher topend mh. They do however make for excellent offhands.

Also ime, talwar doesnt proc nearly enough to justify the lower damage although they will still work fine.

Darkwater Talwar x2 is really hard to argue against.
Hill Borne Axe x2 is also good ... probably the best if you solo que and just want to burn down 1 person at a time.

VibroBlade is ONLY recommended if you are playing with a team that will focus targets that have the debuf (aka not solo queing with randoms)... you attacking a target that has the debuff alone, is not as good as just having a better weapon equipped since the Vibroblade itself is a bad weapon with out the proc. You might get excited when the debuff is up... but if you look at the overall damage you do versus not having a better weapon over the course of a BG the Vblade is bad.

The Vibroblade has been WAY over hyped for no reason especially non BiS versions of it.

Vibroblade could only work if you can reliable proc it, which means prolonged time out of stealth, which isn't really ideal as a rogue. But I think vibroblade - talwar could work. I'm running cudgel of naralex/daring dirk.

I think as a rogue, unless you've got double scaled shadowfang, you've got lots of variation in what you can equip.

Was Shadowfang nerfed? From what i heard it wasnt best in slot. Of course you cannot believe everything you hear. Are 2x Shadowfang BiS?

I am honesly doing my best right now to put the best in slot gear for my rogue (focusing on arenas over battlegrounds) and with the amount of varied answer i recieve its extremely confusing.

Not that I'm aware of, but you could argue that bvb offhand is better since it doesnt matter what weapon type you have oh. I'm not sure about that though since I don't know people who have tested it.

I think it all depends on proc rate, since higher proc rate on their passives means higher ele force/hidden satyr procs.

I just think you are better off doing reliable damage as a Rogue since you are still a tier 1 class in the 29 bracket, regardless of a luck-sack proc.

I have 2 vibroblades on my enhancement shaman because that is all that turd class is good for.... put as many blade procs on random targets as I can and hope my team is smart enough to down the clothies with the debuff.
