Overall games were good and adding a third day to the schedule felt right. One balancing issue from a few of yesterday's games that I noticed was a shortage of designated FC players mostly on Horde.
My hope is that over time some more FC players will naturally return to the retail bracket, which fortunately seems to be starting already since we got another FC temporarily after our usual FC had to bail. But in the meantime it may make sense for an Ally FC player to sub Horde if needed for the sake of higher quality games.
Other than that didn't have too many complaints. Games were still fun overall.

I agree with most of this but Alliance only had an FC for 50% of those games maybe, which was Nature. Even in the first game Nature afk'd until you had an FC, which I think you got Dizzen? Alliance lacked FCs for majority of games after that.
Outside of Nature we didn't have an rdruid FC asides whenever Daniel Blue FCd with no FC gear and died to an arcane mage. But yes would be great if we could have committed FCs on both sides but its a sh-t show if one faction has a committed FC and the other doesn't.

We had multiple issues, I'll address them you can do what you want with the information and take it whichever way you want.
1 - People group queuing - Why is this a problem? Well it's simple the people that I knew of group queuing clearly either get in the game together or don't get the pop. Meaning we end up filling with either people trolling that just lock their experience and queue up for no reason? Or people that just joined with literally 3 slots equipped and heirlooms. If those solo queued there would be a higher chance of them individually getting the pop and therefore making the games better and teams more balanced.
2 - FCs - This isn't really a specific problem for a specific person because it's not fair to make someone say they HAVE to queue FC and they HAVE to do this and that especially when this is pugs and no one should have to do anything. In fairness the horde FC changed spec after 5 games of alliance not having one.
3 - Calls - This once again isn't something I like to bring up because I hate having to tell people you HAVE to join a discord for pugs but we have different people spread into different calls (which yes they're entitled to do and I fully understand why they do it, believe me whether it be because you want to just chill with your friends or you dislike someone in the call whatever) but when one team has 10 in one call with a 'viable' premade comp and the other has 7 people in a call and more than half of them are healers you can see how this is a clear issue.
4 - Level ten twinks - We had one person queuing a level ten multiple times into the games. Clearly this is griefing and if you don't understand how ;
In the 10-19 bracket you can technically play at any level. 10,11,12 etc - There is a reason why the vast majority of people queue 19. At 19 you have access to more gear, talents, more spells and basically level 10s bring nothing to the table and even handicap your team. You're entitled to have your trophy character but whenever people are trying to stabilize a bracket that clearly isn't very stable and you're queuing on a level ten it both demotivates people on your team to queue and makes the games boring for the opposition.
There is more tiny issues but these are the main ones, no one is expecting to see pugs perfect. They can never be perfect that's why they are pugs and not premades/plebmades. But these issues can easily be addressed and fixed which would make the games playable on a lot of fronts.
For that reason I have encouraged people not to continue to queue and we will try again on Sunday at 5pm BH server time. I don't want to leave a bad taste in peoples mouths and discourage them from queuing in the future.

Seems a lot of people corrected a lot of the issues quickly, which is nice to see. 13 games deep right now.

Honestly was not expecting that amount of blowout from playing 3 games.
I came in tonight because I was not able to make any of the other nights this past week, since I am always at work now given the shortage of paramedics and the COVID19. Today was a rare day off for me. Sorry for the inconvenience to everyone. Pet peeve of mine for some time now was that my 10 was only 50 Hks away from 44,000 Hks. Got it tonight thanks to your efforts @Quackbesteu
As for the ignore, I went through 2 expansions of 19s complaining about me, I did not want to deal with anyone tonight. I am emotionally drained from work. I did not have the strength to deal with anyone.

Sponsor I think the frustration came from the fact that it's already pretty hard to balance out the mid fight between two teams, so a level 10 warrior kind of auto-gimps your team in most situations as warrior is already a weak class. And when we tried to communicate that to you you put the organizer on ignore. We want individual players to have fun, including you, but not if it is at the expense of everyone else in the game. Although these are technically pugs, the overall number of people queuing is pretty small and there is an active effort to make games higher quality by balancing the teams - which makes it more like a plebmades environment.
That being said, I don't want to put you on blast because I think if you have an interest in playing then you should obviously be able to do that especially when taking a day off from being a paramedic during this fucking crazy time. Right now there is a 100% experience buff, and leveling to 19 is very fast. Gearing is relatively easy and people help each other do dungeon satchels, farm repeat quest trinkets, etc. I think you'd find it pretty easy to make and gear a 19.
I hope you decide to queue up again and make a 19 to participate in helping us balance out the teams to create better quality games. No one 'deserves' to play more than someone else but as I said we have to work together to make games more balanced/reasonable. And congrats on your HKs.

Respect for being a paramedic and dealing with the Chinese Virus. Been told by multiple paramedics and doctors in different countries how stressful it is, so well done.
That aside - There is a lot of other ways for you to obtain the HKs that you required not to mention could've easily whispered me 'just want X HKs, then I won't queue anymore' or something. Putting me on ignore when I went out of my way to be nice when I could've been as rude as other 19s to you is nothing more than arrogance.
