Horde seem to be lacking players but the classes are good.
Alliance got a lot of healers.

Horde are lacking mages this time around. Had 3 boomkins not sure what happened to them but they disappeared - alliance has been the same team asides 1 person for the past 4 games or something. All games have been 1-0 or 0-0 or 1-1 asides the last one.

[doublepost=1584746851][/doublepost]Alright so after today's games (taking place after EU games kinda shot us in the foot) a couple of things have to be considered in order for this to go forward.
People will need to make alts on both factions, specifically if you're a healer on either faction you should have a DPS alt. I wouldn't recommend you make a rogue or melee(asides maybe Surv hunter or Feral) for this 'dps' slot.
The raw truth is a lot of people that are on healers right now aren't good at it, that's the truth.
It takes up a slot for healers which are essential but when you have the wrong people on them the solutions are either you play it yourself and hope to 'carry' them (if you want to call it that) or you don't at all and you have to play WSG a little more unorthodox and play around them being bad at healer. I don't want to start naming names because ofc then I'll be considered toxic. This isn't me being toxic this is me giving the truth about the situation. If we can correct this it'll make the games better and encourage more people to play in my opinion.
In relation to today's games, they weren't that bad asides the last 1. Everyone realized it when they joined, alliance had too many healers and it made it harder for the horde to progress in mid. Because of this Horde essentially all afk'd even though we had a 'plan' to switch 3 of our healers to dps spec for the next game. Out of the 7 games 6 good ones is good, especially when a lot of our members got 'put off' from playing 'bad' games elsewhere (I dm'd them to ask them to queue and they didn't want to because of games they had played elsewhere).
We will also put in a place a mid week day for games. But for the most part limit the pugs at 3 days a week unless (which probably won't happen) 4 days a week. This is for multiple reasons and not my 'preference'.
