While I have absolutely no fucking idea why Dexa decided to post this on my behalf, Quack did in fact scam me. The reason I decided to trust Quack was because I had 5 friends vouch for him, friends I'll make sure not to listen to in the future.

So Quack(by the the way they don't echo) was given some items Chap waaaay back in July for a Tabard, correct. And so far Quack is 14 y.o., 13 y.o. and 12 y.o. And to top it off is a "kid".
At any rate Chap never has gotten his tabard even though he has given Quack three items. I have this correct so far? If so, all Chap has to do is contact Blizzard support and have them take care of it. As it is an IN GAME issue. Because, hopefully Chap took screenshots of his conversations. Or he knows the date and time. If he knows the date and time the Blizzard can pull the transaction file up. Maybe...
Anyway.... Twinkinfo has absolutely no jurisdiction over what happens in game. A player can be the scammiest smammer this side of the Pecos and still not get banned from TI.

Now, I have a question for you all. If Quack is a "kid" and frowned upon for being a "kid" a 12, 13 or 14 y.o. And apparently a Soccer Dad is some kind of ultimate insult. What is the butter zone age? Is it 15-39? 21-29? 23-24?19-22? All of those have pros and cons. Hell, you can be a "soccer parent" at 23. Even lower if you tried.

I would not know about the SS issue, as I have never put myself in a position to be scammed in game.

The CoC calls for scamming on the website, not in game.
I repeat, TI has absolutely zero jurisdiction on what someone does in game. TI can not ban someone for their in game antics. Actually, since TI is privately owned, Myrm really does not need a reason to ban any one. He can just do it if he chooses to.

Some of you people(not all) play the game so much, you have a difficult time separating reality from virtuality. Some of you(not all) probably spend more time staring at a computer screen controlling a character than you do anything else in your life.
