Where is the best place to farm destiny for lvl 20?

Afaik there has been no confirmed drops of Destiny for level 20s.

you can farm classic boes with a 17/18 toon, the big question is Where. Currently farming at Nethergarde mine, but nothing yet

There is a considerable amount of information regarding world epic farming in this thread, esp toward the last couple pages. feel free to peruse that as its pretty much what everyones working off of at the moment.

All the level 17, ilvl 27 weapon drops I know of came from dungeons. You’re best place is probably zul’farrak, though no one has looted a high end epic yet from there that I know of. Just a flurry axe so far

There are Destinys that exist from before the prepatch squish and if you happened to have one that was scaled at the right level, it squished to "req level 20"

Not really that hard to understand.

the one i have is level 16, ilvl 26. it came from an AH months ago. on the wowhead scaling slider for destiny there is no level that drops ilvl 26 anymore. you will need to farm a level 18, ilvl 27 one, in shadowlands.

The suggestion to farm Zul'Farrak is based on:
no public information about epic drop from world mob under 20
+
2 confirmed level 18, ilvl 27 epics for lvl 17's in dungeons (Dazzling Longsword in Scholomance, Flurry Axe in Zul'Farrak)
+
Zul"farrak has reported drops of the "High Tier" Epics: Skullflame Shield, Destiny, Hand of Edward the Odd, Cloudkeeper Legplates, Sash of Mercy, for transmog gold farmers in BFA, AND Shadowlands. High levels have also looted Flurry Axe specifically, which is a "Medium Tier" epic, so the loot tables seem to be the same regardless of level.
