Active on his 19, or just another character on his account? I've been here about 2 months and play a decent amount of WSG and haven't once seen the guy. I even used him as the basis for my non-Ello's hunter gear.
Ezeron isn't activating his account until we have a premade scheduled. Slyddur is in the same boat.
